THE ACTIVE ROLE OF ARCHAEOLOGY PROGRAM STUDENTS IN MBKM MSIB BATCH 5 UI/UX DESIGN PROGRAM
One of the 5th semester students of the Archeology Study Program at Udayana University, Ahmad Azza Arriza, had the opportunity to take part in the MBKM Internship and Certified Independent Study Program Startup Campus Batch 5 with the UI/UX Design Program organized by the Bakti Achmad Zaky Foundation and the Ministry of Education and Culture, Ristekdikti. The program will be implemented in August - December 2023 and will be conducted online.
During the program, participants receive training from mentors who are experienced in the field of UI/UX Design and facilitators as mentors. Program participants are also provided with books and study references. Before attending the class, participants are required to complete quizzes and other assignments as a form of independent learning process and prepare a UI/UX Designer who is able to produce quality product designs and can compete in the digital era.
Classes are held 4 times a week for 3 months and are 2-3 hour interactive sessions. During the class, there are discussions, problem solving, simulations, presentations, and other activities that encourage participant activity. What is studied includes the material "Introduction to UI/UX Design", "Customer Discovery", "Product Design", "Testing", "Career Preparation", and "Final Project and Showcase." After the third month, it continues with the final group project.After completing the final project, the 10 best teams have the opportunity to advance to the finalshowcase for Mpresent the results.
It is hoped that the achievements achieved by the MSIB MBKM participants in this batch will encourage the enthusiasm of Archeology Study Program students to participate and play an active role in various MBKM programs.
