Graduation Ceremony for Archaeology Program Students at the 175th Commencement
Denpasar, April 18, 2026 — Udayana University once again held a graduation ceremony for students as part of its 175th commencement on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the Udayana University Rectorate Building in Jimbaran. In this event, there were 6 students from the Archaeology Program, Faculty of Humanities, who participated as graduates. This graduation ceremony is an important moment as it marks the end of their studies and the beginning of a new journey for the graduates to contribute to society, the nation, and the advancement of knowledge.
The following are the names of the graduates from the Archaeology Program at the 175th commencement:
1. I Nyoman Dharma Swara, S.S. Duration of Study: 7 years 7 months. GPA: 3.52 (Satisfactory). Thesis Title: “The Application of Photogrammetry in Identifying Bronze Buddha Statues at the Bali Provincial Museum.”
2. Celine Andrea Mariyanan, B.A. Duration of study: 6 years and 7 months. GPA: 3.64 (Grade: Satisfactory). Thesis title: “Management Strategies for Fort Belgica as a Tourist Attraction on Banda Neira Island, Central Maluku.”
3. Dita Sidznafiha, B.A. Duration of study: 6 years and 7 months. GPA: 3.86 (Grade: Satisfactory). Thesis Title: “The Sustainability of Prehistoric Religion Among the Gayo People: A Study of Archaeological Data at the Loyang Mendale and Loyang Ujung Karang Sites, Central Aceh Regency.”
4. I Gede Tangkas Yoga Brata, B.A. Duration of Study: 6 years and 7 months. GPA: 3.72 (Grade: Satisfactory). Thesis Title: “The Prohibition on Fishing in the Sang Hyang Tapak Inscription (952 S/1030 CE).”
5. Putu Wahyu Prabhawa Adiwidya, B.A. Duration of Study: 4 years 7 months. GPA: 3.82 (Grade: Highest Distinction). Thesis Title: “The Pura Kehen C Inscription of King Parameswara Sri Wirama.”
6. Emiliana Grasela Amsikan, B.A. Duration of Study: 4 years 7 months. GPA: 3.65 (Grade: Very Satisfactory). Thesis Title: “Remnants of Megalithic Traditions in the Traditional Village of Tamkesi, Biboki Selatan Subdistrict, North Central Timor Regency: A Study of Form, Function, and Meaning.”
The Coordinator of the Archaeology Program, Zuraidah, S.S., M.Si., extends her congratulations and best wishes to all 175th graduates. She hopes that the knowledge gained will serve as a foundation for building a better future and make a tangible contribution to the preservation of Indonesia’s cultural heritage.
